Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Salary: £35,000-£68,000 DOE with £10,000+ bonus scheme

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancer to join our well-established law firm based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of general conveyancing matters, with a generous bonus scheme and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish
• Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the process
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals

About You:

• Experienced in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently and with assistance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well both in a team and autonomously
• Qualified as a Solicitor is desirable but not essential
