KiddyKare are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join a fantastic setting in Oxford.This nursery boasts of its amazing garden space and extra-curricular activities for the children. Help to nurture and develop the knowledge, abilities, and social skills of children from birth to five years old, giving them the best possible start to their education and prepare them for their next stage in lifeHave good organisational skills and plan the day effectively to be responsive to the varied needs of children throughout the nursery, creating a nurturing culture of inclusion.Promote open and honest partnership with families/carers and other external professionals to support childrens individual care and learning needsYoull advocate a culture of continuous improvement via colleague engagement and quality checking of the nurseryBe big on safety implementing and reviewing all Policies & Procedures ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and you complete all I Learn modulesWhat youll need Minimum level 6-degree qualification: EYTS, EYPS, QTS, PGCE, BA or BSc in Early years. Experience of Leading a team would be desirable. Working within the Early years sector is essential as is an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Working in the Early years foundation stage framework essential Experience of Ofsted inspections and knowledge of Early Years inspection framework Evidence of Right to Work in the UK You will require a clear enhanced DBS Requirement to join the DBS update service Relevant safeguarding/child protection training undertaken and a willingness to update training regularlyJBRP1_UKTJ
