Business Central Support Consultant

About the Role:

As a Business Central Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing first-class support to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll be troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing guidance to ensure smooth system functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues for Business Central users
  • Diagnose and resolve system problems related to Business Central
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their systems run smoothly


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
