As an SDR, you will receive comprehensive and continuous training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role. Duties & Responsibilities Book Meetings: Arrange meetings between the healthcare ecosystem and our impact-driven innovation partners. Independently Manage Sales Cycle: Explore creative sequences for prospecting to manage your sales cycle autonomously. Engage with Senior Stakeholders: Conduct meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders in the NHS and other healthcare settings. Strategise Prospecting Activities: Develop strategies for calling and other prospecting activities while supporting the BDM team in strategic planning for outreach and the sales cycle. Build Client Relationships: Establish lasting and trusting relationships with potential clients, converting leads into sales opportunities. Seek Fresh Prospects: Proactively identify new prospects in the market, maintaining a dynamic and forward-thinking approach. Showcase Personality Online: Use LinkedIn and Twitter to reflect the vision, values, and objectives of Quiddity Health and our partners. Manage CRM: Ensure data input, compliance, and attention to detail in CRM management. Meet KPIs and Targets: Operate effectively to meet key performance indicators and targets. Follow Senior Team Direction: Manage action logs, notes, and other administrative tasks as directed by senior team members. Deliver Client Updates: Provide client-facing updates, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and share information via Slack and other reporting metrics.
