Salt are extremely excited to have partnered on an exclusive project with a well-known and highly reputable asset management business embarking on a digital revamp that will completely revolutionize how they serve their customers and colleagues. They are looking for a Product Manager to create a best-in-class experience for their clients across the globe. You'll be working in a cross functional squad, tackling some of the biggest UX challenges they face as a business. As the Product Manager for CX, you'll be working on their core experience across account, portal, content and app, spanning a variety of investment and wealth management products. You'll work closely within a cross functional squad tackling the biggest challenges across their consumer facing products, acting as a full stack PM across execution and strategy. You'll partner closely with your design counterpart, ensuring UX & UI challenges are met and the service elements of the products are always considered in the discovery phase. Alongside your day to day PM responsibilities, they would also like to hire a Product Manager who can help drive new ways of working and problem solving, introducing product practice and frameworks that will optimize the teams performance and focus. You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting their Head of Product as she drives this transformation, setting up the business and team for continued commercial success. Here are a few key requirements: Experience working on regulated products with a good foundational understanding of investments, ISA's, Pensions, and General investments. Good understanding of compliance and risk. It would be beneficial if you have experience driving organizational change and transformation with a focus on digital. Strong experience working in agile squads, working in sprints and with cross functional teams with a keen eye for UX and a passion for working with designers. Excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to drive change through storytelling. The role reports into their Head of Product and requires 2 days per week in their central London Office.
