Reporting to and working directly with the CEO, the role will suit an excellent, motivated and experienced individual, keen to progress in an evolving and growing business, accepting responsibility for the overall performance of the business.


The candidate must have a proven track record of strategic delivery and leadership, you will work closely with and influence the senior management and operational teams. This role is key to ensuring that the vision, strategy and goals of the business are delivered in the day-to-day business operations, driving success, and challenging the business.



What you will do


  • Work with pace and energy to create a high performing, vibrant culture culminating in operational excellence.


  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver quality management performance and drive the success of the day-to-day operations.


  • Direct and control the business operations and give strategic guidance to ensure the business achieves its mission and objectives.


  • A key player in the budgeting and forecasting process, prepare business plans and monitor progress to ensure the business is operating cost effectively.


  • Production of timely management information to support the CEO, Group SMT, and general decision making across the business


  • Ensure that the business meets our regulatory responsibilities in line with the Financial Conduct Authority requirements.


  • Driving consistent improvement to current processes and procedures


  • Own and monitor commercial activities. Understand the business finances and budgets to ensure efficiency and productivity, setting financial targets to meet our growth plans.


  • Develop and review continuous improvement using an analytical approach to improve and update our management processes ensuring best practice.


  • Ensure the implementation of continuous training, development & improvement mechanisms relating to our management team, ensuring team leadership and mentorship.
