Job Title- Marketing Manager Location- Near Falmouth Salary- £35,000 - £40,000 + company benefits The Marketing Manager oversees the creation, distribution, and promotion of content across various platforms to support sales, marketing, and operational initiatives while enhancing the brand's growth and reputation. They are responsible for managing the digital presence of the resort, ensuring that the website, booking engine, and social media channels effectively attract targeted and engaged visitors. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all aspects of the resort, in order to drive revenue growth across different markets and customer segments. This role also involves coordinating the annual marketing plan to attract business during off-peak seasons and enhance the guest experience during peak periods. Key Responsibilities; • Project & Budget Management • Team Leadership • Marketing Campaigns • Digital Marketing & CRM • Content & Collateral Management • Public Relations & Social Media • Administration Skills & Experience requirements; · 5 years marketing experience with 2 years team management. · Professional and courteous communication skills, both in person and over the phone. · Excellent organisational, administrative, and project management abilities. · Strong attention to detail with effective research and problem-solving skills. · Proficient in GA4 analysis and reporting. · Experience in marketing, PR, collateral production, and project management. · Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office. · Familiarity with graphic file storage and distribution methods. · Ability to manage tight deadlines and schedules. · Experience in hospitality/ tourism marketing is advantageous, but not essential. · Proficiency in design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) is a plus
