Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager, East London to £375 a day - temp to perm - Decarbonisation project for M&E Principal Contractor Are you an established Freelance Electrical Project Manager with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector? Would you relish the opportunity to work for one of London's up and coming M&E contractors on a variety of Voids contracts across London? Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on various Decarbonisation projects of up to £2M in and around London. Previous M&E Fit-out project experience would be advantageous together with experience of Air-Source heat pumps. Main duties will be to manage self delivery teams and specialist outside sub-contractors and ensuring all Health and Site Safety is in place and adhered to. Close client liaison is required.
