Key Responsibilities:Cooperate with distributors and major installers to deliver efficient and effective after-sales service;Organise training programs and help implement certification processes for installers;Offer sales training and support to help installers understand and effectively sell products;Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on digital power products.80% of the time traveling to get familiar with installers in the early stage, and 30% of the time traveling once settledRequirements:Own vehicle: full UK driving license and have own vehiclesWork Experience: Prior experience in Solar channel work and Solar installer experience.Language Proficiency: Proficient in EnglishEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
