Job summaryThis is an opportunity for a qualified chef to work as a Bank Chef at Barchester Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in the UK. Main duties of the jobAs a Bank Chef at Barchester Healthcare, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus. You will work with residents to tailor the menus around their preferences, and help to create a warm and welcoming environment within the home. Your responsibilities will include managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, and helping to lead and motivate the team. You will also be required to work within budget, complete regular audits, and manage stock control.
