I am seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive growth in the electronics manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a sales function and a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

You:

• 3 years experience in sales leadership / management within a manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
