About the opportunity:
We are looking for an AE with 12+ months' experience to join a pioneering young agency that has a fully remote policy, awesome feel good clients and a warm, caring leadership that just wants the best for you. This firm is pure sunshine!
About the role: You will split your time 50/50 between Influencer and PR work across a wide range of lifestyle brands from parenting to beauty. You'll feel confident in writing press releases and news stories and will be building your skillset in pitching those ideas by phone or email to journalists across print, broadcast and online. You'll be full of ideas and those ideas will be welcomed and celebrated by the team. This is a fully remote agency, with quarterly team meet ups, with travel covered by the company.
Skills: strong interpersonal skills experience of overseeing junior team members refined communications skills - verbal, written, digital and personal excellent time keeping skills - you'll be self-sufficient and able to prioritise to truly maximise the benefits of the remote working culture an ability to delivery exceptional copy stellar media relations skills a collaborative nature, this is a very friendly supportive team and your presence will contribute towards that a natural tenacity, knowing when to pivot to secure results for your clients
Day to day: From a PR side, you’ll be regularly spotting industry news and sharing it with clients; perfecting reporting, tracking and saving coverage whilst updating clients; spotting media opportunities for clients and feeling confident pitching them in a timely fashion and feeling; arrange interviews and editorial meetings with key journalists for clients. With the influencer work, you'll be developing the influencer offer for the same roster of clients, exercising your growing book of contacts and making things happen.
What a successful first year looks like: You'll have proactively delivered great coverage, built strong relationships with clients and internally with the team. You'll feel supported and empowered to suggest things in an environment where your voice counts. Your forward-thinking proactive nature means that you'll be advancing within the agency by not only doing your tasks, but beginning to do the things that you're not asked to do, thinking about creative solutions for clients but also the growth of the company.

Pay range and compensation package: £22k - £26k depending on experience
