COMMERCIAL MANAGER CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A QUANTITY SURVEYOR WITH COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO JOIN A CAPITAL WORKS PROJECT AT HEATHROW AIRPORT Hybrid role, 2-3 days on-site Up to £40ph 6-month with a likely extension Ability to obtain BPSS clearance THE ROLE… We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with NEC administration, pre contract procurement, and post contract familiarity who has previous experience working on large scale infrastructure/civil engineering projects. WHAT WILL THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER BE DOING? Managing strategic sourcing activities Post contract commercial management Supporting the development and delivery of procurement Researching and contributing to the development of new strategies Contract negotiations and assurance activities WE NEED THE COMMERCIAL MANAGER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING… Professional qualifications in either MRICS, APM, CEing or CIPS, or be able to demonstrate equivalent capability Experience in a variety of procurement and contracting models NEC 4 experience Ability to obtain a BPSS clearance TO BE CONSIDERED….
