Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Lead the seamless client onboarding process, ensuring immediate engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager, owning client communication and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships to boost satisfaction and maximize retention.
Business Development & Investor Relations
- Conduct initial client vetting to evaluate potential for strong engagement.
- Actively support business development efforts by identifying and targeting high-value prospects.
- Collaborate with senior executives to scale the firm's client base and enhance investor relations.
Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end client journey, ensuring all internal teams align with client objectives and deadlines.
- Proactively monitor project progress, anticipating challenges and implementing swift solutions.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to meet and exceed client expectations.
Client Communication
- Provide frequent, transparent updates on project developments via email and client calls.
- Deliver comprehensive reports on capital-raising progress, highlighting milestones and next steps.
