Exciting opportunity for an associate with experience in Rural property to join an extremely successful and growing team in either Bristol or Newcastle offices.
The team is one of the largest groups of rural lawyers in the UK, representing some of the country's biggest private landowners. With over 200 years' experience in the sector, allowing them to understand their clients specific needs and deliver and outstanding service.
The role would consist of:
- Buying and selling agricultural and sporting estates.
- Advising in relation to the sale of land for development – sales, options, promotion agreements.
- Advising in relation to a wide range of green energy projects.
- Advising on full range of landlord/tenant issues – in relation to agricultural, commercial and residential property.
- Advising lenders in relation to loans to the owners of agricultural property.
They offer extremely high-quality work, achievable billable targets leading to real WLB and a real focus on progression and development.
For this role you will need the following:
- 2+ PQE Experience
- Qualified solicitor - England and Wales
- Exposure to Agricultural/Rural Property transactions
