Regional Reward Manager (UK and EMEA) Compensation - with Prestigious Global Client!
London - Hybrid - 2 days in office
After a period of transformation my client are looking for a candidate to join their impressive Reward team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering reward programmes, cyclical activity and strategic initiatives; ensuring that you position them well in the
marketplaces in which they operate, whilst achieving greater efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the development and delivery of all reward cyclical activity and programmes,
including pay benchmarking/ranges, pay budget planning, pay review, pay reporting and analysis, payment of Profit Share, job grading and recognition
initiatives.
Manage or participate in projects to operationalise the reward strategy or develop Solutions
Collaborate to ensure all reward programmes, policies and processes are well documented, delivered with a focus on continuous improvement and global alignment, and understood by key stakeholders.
Support colleagues in the regional people team to enable them to make decisions, interpret policies, resolve complex issues and individual cases.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve our reward proposition and delivery, backed up with market intelligence / data-driven insights.
Manage a small team a small team of reward specialist
What are my client looking for in an individual;
Extensive operational multi-country reward experience within a matrixed organisation Environment is key
A strong technical hands on Reward Manager who is competent in leading Pay review process and benchmarking
Create solutions whilst working collaboratively
People management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong understanding of project management principles, highly organised and able to coordinate the delivery of simultaneous projects and a range of activity.
Excellent analytical skills and systems proficiency.
Change management experience, navigating stakeholders through transformations of process and approach.
