Are you an immediately available HR Professional with strong change management experience?

Handle are working with a media client that needs interim support for an upcoming change and restructure in their London office.


The Interim HR Consultant will lead on the end to end process for the at risk employees. Running the appropriate consultation process, communication and administration and managing any subsequent redundancies and settlement agreement processes. As well as potential tupe out.

They are at very early planning stages at the moment, but are looking to start engaging with employees ASAP and the process is likely to run until early December.


Candidates must bring strong prior experience of managing a similar scale change process (collective), working in highly sensitive situations, supporting employees through this sort of change.


The role is based in London, and the business operates a hybrid model (typical 2/3). You must be flexible to work in the office/ on-site when required, as the consultation meetings will ideally be held in person.


Open to discussion on day rate - £450 to £550 as a guide point.
