Job Requirements / Description
We are recruiting an experienced Cabling & Fibre Manager for new fibre builds across Cornwall. You must have a strong fibre, PIA, cable, and installation background and experience managing field operational teams in an FTTP delivery environment. Salary up to £55K DOE, Company Vehicle, pension and excellent company benefits. The primary duties include the responsibility for the following: Manage supervisors and teams across several live builds. Staff development. Project delivery of cabling, fibre and connections. Monitor delivery and performance. Work to tight SLAs. Maintain a high standard of quality. Management reporting. Problem-solving day-to-day issues. Oversee the running of all Field Operations. Liaise with stakeholders. Comply with Health & Safety and environmental policies. The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills & qualifications: Two years minimum experience in Telecoms FTTx and PIA Networks at a management level. Experience in Managing multiple builds and teams across a region. Effective Leadership and communication skills. Management experience Dealing with operational Teams at all levels. Good awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance. NRSWA Accreditation. Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills. Organised and Professional.
