The Client
Our client is one of the UK s leading water industry contractors supplying staff to Water Companies throughout the UK. They are continuing to grow and due to its success, they are looking for keen individuals who want to work in a fast growing and dynamic company.
The Role
Our client is looking for experienced Data Analyst to play a crucial role in the management and flow of work to their team of water Leakage Technicians. In this role, you will investigate all possible avenues to locate leakage which begins in the office, interrogating data and systems to identifying anomalies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting field-based teams throughout their time working in an area detecting leaks
- Tracking leaks raised, following through to repair and finally seeing the desired result - leakage reduction. Conduct analysis and evaluation of data, processes, and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights
- Develop and maintain analytical models and tools
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Creating risk assessments
- Supporting Line Manager and fulfilling requests
- Occasional site visits
Key Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IT skills and computer literacy desirable
