GRADE: 8 JOB PURPOSE: The Area Manager is responsible for the delivery of a front line, comprehensive housing service, within South Area, and will lead and support their team to meet the needs of customers and other business objectives. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Possess a degree level qualification or equivalent professional qualification; Or ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and at least 4 years working within a housing function (Please include dates) APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
