Contract Manager

Clearpath Recruitment are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client based in Battlesbridge, Essex.

Job Duties

• Must have experience with New Build housing developments.
• Experience with roofing preferred but not essential.
• 50-60k per annum depending on experience.
• Manage contracts and all the associated elements that come with this.
• Carry out thorough contract meetings, reports and meeting minutes with all associated parties.
• Ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Provide regular updates to Project Managers.
• Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met and implemented.
• Office based.
• 20 Days Annual Leave.
• 4.5 day working week.
• Healthcare.
• 10% Car Allowance.
