Commercial Surveyor

Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the property and housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in North West London who are looking to recruit a Commercial Surveyor with M&E contract experience.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring contracts are financially controlled and kept within set budgets.
• Managing schedule of rates and open book arrangements for M&E contracts.
• Working with management teams to ensure that the Compliance and M&E Team consistently identifies opportunities for and delivers value for money.
• Managing a large and complex range of contracts, delivering high volumes of multi-disciplinary repairs to housing, offices and other building types.

To be considered for the position of Commercial Surveyor you must have the following:

• Experience in a relevant maintenance & reactive/responsive repairs in a commercial environment.
• High level of analytical skill and the ability to deliver creative, cost affective solutions.
• BSc, HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Surveying or a similar related field.
• Ability to engage, coach and motivate teams and set clear targets and expectation.

Salary: circa £50,000 - £52,000
