Information Technology Operations Manager

IT Operations Manager - Permanent - Crawley (3 days a week) - up to £80k per annum

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and evolution of their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing data centers, wide geographical networks, and backoffice systems
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations
• Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals
• Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies
• Overseeing system administration and operational excellence
• Managing IT projects and budgets

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT backoffice management, data center management, and network management
• Proven experience in managing complex geographical networks and data center virtualization
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Linux backoffice systems
• Expertise in cybersecurity practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CISSP) preferred
