What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 Shift allowance on top of salary Week 1: Day Shift (Mon-Thurs, 6:00am - 6:00pm) Week 2: Night Shift (Mon-Wed, 6:00pm - 6:00am) Opportunities for overtime Key Responsibilities: Ensure the plant is ready and running efficiently to meet production targets. Monitor and control raw material metering to maintain consistent product quality. Promptly address alarms and deviations, documenting corrective actions. Escalate critical issues to management and technical teams when necessary. Continuously review processes to improve equipment performance and product quality. Report weekly on costs and losses related to additives in S.M.T. meetings. Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing plant environment. Hands-on skills in mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. Time-served experience is ideal, but a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
