Customer Service Coordinator

Fantastic Opportunity: Customer Service and Sales Coordinator Location: Guildford - on-site Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits Hours: 08:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and 07:00 to 12:30 one in three Saturdays. Role: You will be responsible for dealing with a range of Customers incoming telephone calls, from National Construction Companies through to small, independent businesses and private householders. Working in a telephone-based customer service office, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent Customer experience that will enable my client to continue our growth through repeat and new business. You will understand my client’s business to promote all the services they are able to offer and identity opportunities for cross selling. Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication skills. Experience using bespoke in-house sales systems or customer databases. Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers. Proven track record in inbound telephone customer service. Ability to learn products and services to cross-sell. Strong organisational skills for day-to-day administrative tasks.
