You’ve already worked as a Theatre Manager or Senior position with a minimum 2 years experience of managing a team.As an Theatre Manager, you will:Manage the day to day running of the Theatre departmentLead a team of highly qualified and non qualified practitionersmanage workload and staffing costsEnsure we deliver excellent patient careprovide great customer service to all visitors to theatreensure compliance with both National and local guidanceUse your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experienceHelping you feel goodWe want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
