6-month Fixed Term Contract Salary £60-70k DOE Hybrid working 2/3 days onsite Our client owns and manages all direct sales channels, and the bid and marketing activity required to support delivery of targets through those channels. Marketing roles are concerned with brand development, relationship marketing, market and customer insight and commercial effectiveness of marketing campaigns and are responsible for meeting lead generation targets. Actively lead the impact assessment, planning and implementation of our new brand. Managing the transition of old brand to new brand which embeds the new brand both visually and attitudinally, externally and internally. Job Role of the Brand Implementation Manager: * Assess, develop and deliver an appropriate migration plan informing and engaging employees across the diverse organisation. * Prepare and sensitise all internal departments for the whole process that lies ahead and make the correct resource plans. * Embed the new brand both internally and externally * Be the custodian of our new Brand and all its assets both on and offline with responsibility for the re-alignment from our old to new Company brand * Manage the whole implementation process including a full collateral and digital review to ensure that all material is updated and aligned to the new brand. * Participates in the strategic brand review project, advising stakeholders to ensure they understand the new brand and engage with it appropriately. * Responsibility for managing and supporting events aligned to implementation of the new brand * Coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure that they achieve all deadlines to successfully implement the brand. * Managing the creative process with external providers through implementation of the brand aligned to key milestone and agreed timescales.
