Business Analyst Full Time Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project and Business Analyst to be part of a team supporting the first major merger within the Higher Education sector in a number of years. The post holder will play a pivotal role in the successful integration of the university following the merger. Process Improvement : Lead business and process improvement activities, identifying outcomes that enhance service efficiencies, operational effectiveness, and user experiences Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leads, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project phase delivery and effective collaboration Data Analysis: Identify, analyse, and interpret data to demonstrate improvement areas and measurable benefits. Presentation of Analysis: Independently deliver and present analysis to varied audiences, both orally and in writing, utilising data effectively Continuous Improvement Promotion: Training and Documentation: Establish methods to monitor and evaluate the implementation and benefits realisation of ongoing projects Proven experience in conducting business process analysis, capturing relevant requirements, and providing actionable recommendations Demonstrated expertise in delivering process improvements, either through hands-on operational experience or by applying business/continuous improvement principles and methodologies A track record of supporting projects through to successful and clear completion Proficient at an intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite, including data analysis tools, Microsoft Project, and Visio Contract type: Fixed Term for two years Full time Location: Central London (hybrid working) 30 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 3 University closure (41 per annum) ~ Generous pension contributions Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
