Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are currently looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, a well-respected independent Estate Agency, in the Cambridge area. For this position, our clients are offering a strong basic salary, commission structure and a varied working role as the position will be a dual role. Meaning no two days will be the same!  The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered: Basic salary of up to £30,000 Realistic OTE of up to £35,000 Mileage Ongoing training and support Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements: Experience in the Lettings industry UK driving license Access to own car  Career driven Team player Strong communication skills; both written and verbal  Professional attitude As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve: Carry out Viewings Occasional Valuations Dealing with Tenancy applications General admin Assisting with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
