Contract CMS & Offers Assistant

Spectrum IT are working with a renowned and international business to recruit for a Contract CMS & Offers Assistant. This is an initial 3-6 month contract role with engagement via an umbrella company. This is a hybrid working role, requiring you to be on site 3 days per week in the Central London office. Joining a team focused on the performance and capabilities of the e-commerce platform, you will play a key role in the delivery of a best possible customer platform and brand experience. The CMS & Offers team focus on driving conversion, increasing brand loyalty and help to identify products by their unique positioning within the market. With a focus on poduct promotion and offers. Responsibilities Assist in the creation of website pages and content slots, components etc using the assets provided by the inhouse teams Manage company promotion and product offer content (Discounts, multi buys, buy one - get one free) Set up of Offers, following brand team specifications in terms of (but not limited) to qualifications, exclusions, content, T&Cs and website display Assist with QA and Testing support where applicable following guidelines provided by the wider QA team and CMS & Offers Editor Be a key component of the multiple large and high priority product streams, aiming to become a subject matter expert within the team for all things CMS & Offers Focus on actively improving team processes and ways of working Be part of presentations to senior stakeholders and wider business delivering rationale and promoting best methodologies Work closely with the digital design teams and other corporate functions on key collaborative projects Skills & Qualifications Experience using content management tools with a good knowledge of all aspects of basic HTML, CSS, SEO and Accessibility Previous eCommerce & Retail experience Good understanding and experience managing product promotions and offer content (including but not limited too discounts, multi buys, buy one - get one free) Attention to detail and problem solving mentality Previous experience setting up offers and understanding business logic Experience working with Designers and wider design teams Previous experience with Jira or similar workflow tools Strong communication & interpersonal skills For more information and to state your interest for this role, please apply with an updated CV.
