Influencer Marketing Manager - Health & Beauty Beaconsfield (hybrid working available) Salary £40k - £50k (dependent upon experience) BonusMKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling Health & Wellness brand. The business has doubled in size for the last 2 years and with further growth expected this year and beyond. They’re now looking to hire an Influencer Marketing Manager to devise an Influencer strategy and build strong relationships with a network of key influencers.Main duties & responsibilities:??Research & develop a pipeline of key influencers and affiliate partners??Identify, recruit and onboard influencers and content creators??Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of these influencers??Keep a close eye on competitor activity and market trendsWhat skills do you need to have to be considered???A minimum of 2 years Influencer Marketing experience??Experience working for an FMCG or Retail brand is important, ideally a start-up/challenger brand.??Extremely strong communication and organisation skills are critical for this role.??Strong data and numeracy skills are very important.??A passion for the Health, Wellness and Beauty space is important.
