Job Title: Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: £70K - £75K + PackageThe Role:-Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of commercial projects-Responsible for effective relationship management with clients & working partners to achieve smooth operational and commercial progression of projects-Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user-Ensuring that all related design information is correctly and fully audited to secure overall compliance -Attend on site meetings, as and when required-Managing variation costings and control with the Quantity Surveyor and main contractor-Responsible for handover to clients and after care-Required to create RAMS & ITPs-Responsible for all aspects of procurement including writing subcontractor orders & purchase orders-Responsible for handover to clients and after care-Reporting to the Managing DirectorThe Company:-31+ years experience delivering mechanical projects in and around London-Offices based in East London-Take on projects anywhere from £1M - £3M-25 direct employees + subcontractors -Turnover in the region of £10M-This hire is due to company growth, winning more and more workThe Ideal Candidate:-Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager-Will have previous experience working on commercial projects up to £3 million-Pipework/Plumbing background is advantageous -Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card-Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines-Will have excellent communication skillsWhat You’ll Get:-A salary in the region of £75K-Package is negotiable -25 days annual leave + bank holidays -Pension scheme -Career progression opportunitiesProcess:-Apply for the job-We will then call you to discuss the role-If we think you would be a good fit and you’re happy, we will submit you to be considered for the role-If the client likes the sound of you, they will invite you for an interview-If successful in the interview process, you will be offered the jobIf interested in this role, please send your CV to [email protected]
