Senior Mechanical Project Manager MEP Contracting / Building Services Norwich Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a university project in Norwich. As part of this well-established company, you will lead the project from the pre-construction phase through to its on-site commencement in 2026. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the mechanical aspects of this significant educational development. Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters. Cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management. Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design. Delegation of work to project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
