Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technicians to join clients team in York

Our client will accept applications from Level 2 qualified (up to £31.5k) right through to Master Technician (up to £48k)

Duties:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, and brakes
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work undertaken

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for vehicle repairs
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
