Head of Assets and Sustainability

Stoke-on-Trent Hybrid

£70,980.00 + Car Allowance: £5,980.00 per annum plus Excellent Benefits including 32 days holidays + Bank Holidays, Private Healthcare, enhanced pension contributions and life cover.

Contract: 12-18 Month Fixed Term to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Assets and Sustainability to join our team at Aspire and be part of a supportive, collaborative and value driven culture, to lead our Asset & Sustainability team and be part of our People First ethos.

As Head of Assets & Sustainability, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and shaping our strategy and culture aligned to our new Corporate Plan 2030, delivering safe and decent homes and excellent housing services through our talented teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your knowledge and experience to work with an enthusiastic and committed team.

You ll develop delivery plans that meet the objectives of the business strategic priorities for asset management and be a key workstream lead on our Home Services transformation project.

You will also lead in shaping the legislative and corporate plan requirements for sustainability in our approach to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, and will be joining at a key time to drive and define our Band C programme .

Being an engaging leader who shows what a great job looks like you will ensure the Assets and Sustainability Teams robustly manage all asset data held within our management system providing good quality, accurate business intelligence shaping the corporate investment decisions.

As an experienced Asset leader you will be confident and articulate, you will be able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and take a proactive and key role in projects, including effective planning and monitoring of projects.
