Sales Executive – Rewards, Retention and Wellbeing UK remote £45-55k plus uncapped commissions and equity Are you ready to fast-track your career in sales? In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and growth and you will be well rewarded with uncapped earnings and equity in the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential clients in SMEs and enterprise sectors. New Product Launch: Lead the sales effort for our cutting-edge employee recognition product and play a pivotal role in its market success. Sales Process Management: Own the entire sales cycle, from outreach and presentations to closing deals. Sales Collateral: Collaborate with external marketing and design agencies to create high-impact sales materials. Reporting: Track key sales metrics and provide insights to senior management. Product Development Input: Collaborate with leadership on product feedback and feature improvements based on client needs. Experience and skill needed: 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, Fintech or employee engagement solutions. Proven ability to build and manage sales pipelines and close deals with SMEs and enterprise clients. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive proposals. Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with tools like Hubspot, Cognism, or other sales outreach tools is a plus.
