Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of probate matters from start to finish Assisting clients with estate administration, wills, and inheritance tax planning Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry changes to ensure accurate and effective service delivery Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience working as a Probate Consultant or similar role Law Degree with CILEX/LPC/STEP In-depth knowledge of probate and estate administration processes, Trusts, inheritance Tax Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service What the client offers: If you are looking to join a highly regarded firm and take the next step in your career as a Probate Consultant, apply now!
