Director opportunity focussed on new client origination and business development with sophisticated PE, SWF, private market, asset management and investment clients.
The client: Global Corporate Advisor
This global team of industry experts are sought after advisors for a roster of top international investors, SWFs, FTSE 100 and blue-chip businesses and respected legal firms. Recognised with numerous industry awards and accolades, the team have been growing market share while guiding their clients through transactions, complex corporate actions and special situations. This could include cutting edge cyber security strategies, insights and intelligence to guide c-suite management on their corporate strategy, due diligence to make or break the investment cases of global mergers, buyouts and transactions, highly sensitive crisis situations or resolving complex litigations.
The team have developed a commercial, supportive and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and recognised.
The role: Director, Client Origination & New Business To support strategic growth plans there are opportunities for Directors to expand their private equity, SWF and investment client coverage. This role would suit well networked advisory professionals who enjoy new client origination and business development with sophisticated PE, asset management and investment clients.
The role is very proactive and takes a personal relationship driven approach. It will require experience networking and credibly discussing finance and the global affairs shaping deal flow and investment activity directly with investment managers, principals and PE investment teams.
The team take a very collegiate approach. New Directors will work with the SLT to plan strategy before working with their in-house industry experts and forming the best team to pitch. Directors will then own client relationships and manage their continued success introducing additional services, organically growing the account with projects and retainers.
