Overview


HENI is an international arts technology business working with leading artists and estates across publishing, printmaking, digital, film, and art research. We utilise cutting edge technology and focus on the individual artist and their work, offering art services including printing and reproduction, digital management, events, mounting, logistics, fine art photography, an online art trading platform, and cryptoart using our NFT ecosystem.



The Role


We are looking for a hardworking and diligent person to join our busy warehouse in Charlton. As the Driver, you will be an integral part of our Logistics operation; working closely with the Operations, Production and Dispatch Teams. The majority of your time will be spent driving and handling deliveries (including loading and unloading artworks) but you may also assist in the warehouse generally.


This is a full-time permanent role and the typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. However, some flexibility will be required depending on business needs (paid overtime or time off in lieu, on a case-by-case basis).


Responsibilities include:

  • Completing pre-planned collection and deliveries in London and surrounding area
  • Supporting urgent collection and delivery requests
  • Working with other members of the warehouse team in receiving and checking off deliveries and picking and loading outbound deliveries
  • Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled runs to our Gloucester warehouse
  • Ad-hoc work requests to support the Production team
  • Product preparation for customer orders



Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Full UK driving license (HGV license for 7.5 tonnes advantageous but not essential)
  • Forklift license for counterbalance and reach trucks
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Process orientated and system driven approach to work
  • Previous experience of working in a warehouse
  • Team player
  • Proven strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Previous experience working in the art sector is advantageous but not essential
