Mon to FriHybrid role - Home working with national travelSalary plus car or allowanceHere at ISS, as a leading UK Facilities Management (FM) provide, we are looking to develop our Asset Management resource by recruiting a Data expert, specialising in Data across Asset Management of M&E assets in public and private sector accounts, where you will have a major impact in business wide Asset strategyYou will lead, develop and support the implementation of the end-to-end asset data management solution for our UK&I business, ensuring consistent and quality outcomes in respect of asset data collection/management, alignment to CAFM systems, and client-focused outputs (consistency, compliance, asset registers, PPM planners). In essence, create and own the standard model for asset data management for UK&IThis role is none account specific, instead you will work as part of the expert central technical team, that supports and empowers the UK & I Account Teams.This is a fantastic role for a confident Data professional in Asset Management looking to work for a world class employer with the chance to shape business wide Asset strategyActions will include:Lead the development of all aspects of our asset data management solution end-to-endEnsure our asset data management protocols and systems are fit for purpose and deliver consistent, predictable outcomesAct as a central Asset Data Management SME for the businessAct as the central point of contact for developing the relationship with strategic service providersLead the implementation of our asset data management solution end-to-end in existing and new contracts, co-ordinating activities and taking ownership of the programme of works.Work to the principles of ISO 55001 and support the future expansion of our existing accreditationTraining and mentoring of our asset management community, ensuring consistent application of our central processes and methodologies. Support more widely with the innovation, development and implementation of technical FM solutions within the businessWe need from you;Clear experience in a comparable role
