They are a well-funded organisation with a team of passionate of dedicated employees who all work remotely around the UK.Your New RoleAs Network Manager you will be responsible for the uptime and customer experience of the network. You will carry out non-technical back-office commissioning and integration and will manage the processes and procedures required to ensure that all charge points are well utilised and fully working. You will manage the first-line support team and the external maintenance providers while ensuring they keep to their SLAs and are running a smooth operation.Your BackgroundThe ideal Network Manager will be experienced in field engineering services and data analysis, ideally from an EV charging background. You will understand what issues can arise when linking new charge points to a cloud network and will likely have managed / coordinated repairs on a EV charging network in a previous role. EV charging is NOT a firm requirement though.
