Key responsibilities of the Senior Property Lawyer role:
Depending on the level of experience, the lawyers in the property team deal with the following type of work:
- Directly managing 3 Lawyers and 1 Legal assistant.
- Assisting with allocation of work, personal development and 1:1s.
- Supporting and deputising for the Principal Lawyer and providing training and support to Lawyers in the team.
- Leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
- Right to buy matters.
- Option agreements and development agreements.
- Residential and commercial property.
- Sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters.
