My Client an IT Support & Consultancy in the heart of London who are looking for an new ' Retail IT Support ' to provide end-user onsite support for their worldwide known retail client. Job Title: Retail IT Support Location: London (On-Site) Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Industry: IT Support/Retail Start: ASAP The successful candidate will need have experience working in a retail environment providing onsite support for both the head office and stores. Knowledge of MacOS, IOS, Windows 10/11 & Server 2016/2019 operating systems Google Workspace & Microsoft Office 365 administration Windows enterprise environments: Active Directory & domain services TCP/IP networking, and Wifi technology (Meraki, Ruckus, Netgear) MDM technologies (InTune, Jamf) for management of devices and applications Zendesk or other helpdesk ticketing systems, and Wiki systems video conferencing software: Google Hangouts, Zoom, Microsoft Team; and VOIP services Cloud technologies
