Partner with the functional management teams to plan and deliver engaging and motivating people solutions that are aligned with our organisational culture and principles evaluating their effectiveness on an ongoing basis. Use your strong generalist knowledge and experience to ensure our operational policies and processes are implemented efficiently and effectively within your aligned functions to bring value to colleagues and the business Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of project based plans and initiatives that support our culture and business goals Collaborate with team and functional colleagues to resource our current & future growth plans attracting a diverse range of candidates from early career level to senior strategic hires and continually enhancing our employer brand Continually build and develop strong relationships with colleagues internally and stakeholders externally to deepen your knowledge of the business and markets we operate within and to inform future direction and continuous improvement of our business and employment proposition To use data, metrics and market research to support and develop your contribution in all areas of the role working within any associated budgets Deputise for Head of People & Culture as required and lead on challenging and complex pieces of work with minimal supervision Act as a coach within the People & Culture team sharing your experience and building knowledge and competence within the team (there may be opportunity for line management also) The successful candidate The ideal HR Business Partner will be able to demonstrate: The successful contribution you have made as a Business Partner within Professional Services or financial services particularly within an organisation that has grown significantly. A strong HR generalist background and are comfortable working with ambiguity and nuance. A desire to join a growing business to further develop your career while having the opportunity to have a clear and positive impact on our business. Confident and competent in change management, organisational development, and workforce planning Be CIPD qualified with an interest in keeping up to date with research and changing trends relevant to the company, identifying relevant solutions and making recommendations on how we may respond .
