Job title: Digital Marketing Executive Job Overview: Abbots Care is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in St Albans. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website statistics, and client conversions. Main Duties: Contribute, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote Abbots Care home care services, including both online and offline channels. CMS support – you will help to optimize our website; create content and ensure best practice for technical components and SEO. You’ll understand (or be willing to learn) how to create meta ads and PPC. You’ll lead our email marketing – managing data and managing and segmenting prospects through the sales funnel. Conduct marketing research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Manage social media platforms including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking. Drive traffic to our website and creating compelling content. Help identify, message, and follow up with potential customers. You’ll have KPIs and goals and we’ll want recommendations for engaging content and raising brand awareness. Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization to drive engagement, leads, and conversations. Collaborate with internal teams, including new business, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support overall company growth. Plan and coordinate participation in events including community outreach programs to raise awareness and generate leads. Support the development of marketing collateral and presentations for new business opportunities, client meetings, and industry conferences. Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies in marketing and the social care sector, applying insights to innovate and improve marketing efforts. Person Specification: Minimum requirements: Good understanding of experience with multichannel marketing methods, including the use of platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRMs 2 years of experience in a marketing role Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar qualification Proficiency in social media management Ideal Candidate: 360 Marketing knowledge Creative, dynamic, and proactive problem solver Understanding of the social care industry or willingness to learn Confident and professional in communication with internal and external stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills Reward: What we can offer: Investment in you as a person – you’ll receive training, support, and mentoring as you progress in your career.
