Role: Adobe Workfront Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location: Macclesfield, 3 days a week on-site The Role : Typical deliverables: The following high-level accountabilities are within the scope of the work: Requirements Description Design and deliver Adobe Workfront and Adobe Assets training to different audience types across the client so that they can effectively utilise the new capabilities to build end to end digital workflows, a centralized repository of digital assets, and administer these tools Train and support Champion users in each region that can then become trainers for future users Run periodic Q&A drop in sessions to support Markets & Brands post go-live of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Assets, and to help embed learning Suggest best practices for use of the platforms to optimize efficiency and ease of use Work closely with Adobe and SSD teams to get familiar with how the platforms are being customized for the client and evolve the Adobe training to meet changing customer requirements and as new capabilities become available Attend sprint demos and reviews with development team to stay current with development roadmap Demo key use cases of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Assets for key stakeholders and to create video content to be produced to enable users to answer FAQs Collaborate with other relevant members of CIT to build training documentation and videos, and ensure training library/ repository is kept up to date Help to build knowledge assessments (eg quizzes) that can be sent to users to track their learning and help users with their continuous personal development in relation to Adobe Workfront and Adobe Assets. Stay up-to-date on the latest Adobe Workfront and Adobe Assets features and functionalities. Be in a position to work with some flexibility and sensitivity to global time zones In line with the scope mentioned above the following requirements must be met by the service provider: Key skills/knowledge/experience: Qualifications Following is a description of skills required for resources within the scope of this SOW Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content supply chain/automation or a similar field. Proven experience with the Adobe tools like Workfront, Assets and Creative Cloud. Strong understanding of content supply chain and best practices. Experience in conducting hands on training sessions for diverse audiences Proficiency in creating engaging content and delivering it effectively Experience with marketing KPIs and analytics tools Experience with accessibility best practices for content and web development Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects A people person! Strong communication and collaboration skills. A passion for marketing and a creative mindset. Helpful but not essential: experience in pharma and understanding of constraints, eg regulatory environments, content etc. TPBN1_UKTJ
