Our client is a premium spirits business which world recognised brands. They are a business fixated on excellence in execution, agility, and consumer-led innovation.


We are seeking an experienced sales or hospitality professional to manage and develop new on-trade accounts across South Coast of England (Brighton to Bournemouth)


Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Professional management customer accounts to meet and exceed budgeted volume and value sales
  • Increase distribution of the spirit portfolio and grow rate of sale within a large and diverse customer base, developing robust JBPs/JMPs
  • Differentiate our brands by creating and executing innovative in-outlet activation, striving to secure maximum visibility of our brands
  • Build and develop relationships with key customers and groups within your territory, becoming the go-to supplier
  • Train and educate in outlet team members to deliver perfect serves and collaborate to create new and exciting cocktails, delivering increase ROS
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities to grow your on-trade customer base



Background and Skills


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field within the on-trade
  • We would also consider a cocktail barperson who is looking to make that leap into sales
  • Drinks experience and cocktail knowledge would be advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter with the ability to achieve targets and effectively organise own work schedule
  • Strong commercial/financial understanding, together with intellect and curiosity to interpret performance, recommending appropriate actions
  • Ability to manage projects and multi-task whilst building strong and positive relationships at all levels (internal and external)
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, being pro active and able to handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Passionate about spirits
  • Based on the patch and be comfortable with regular travel to key towns
