Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes overseeing the team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, managing client communications, and handling accounts and financial management. You will report directly to the founder and director, working closely to help scale the business by implementing process improvements and allowing leadership to focus on strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of three to five people, overseeing their work to ensure efficient project delivery. Communicate with clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring client satisfaction. Handle client proposals, accounts, cash flow management, invoicing, and payroll. Lead process optimisation, developing and improving workflows across the company. Collaborate with the founder to support business growth and take ownership of operational tasks. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from team coordination to client relationship management. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Director, ideally within the food and beverage sector. Strong operational management skills, with a focus on process development and team leadership. Ability to manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail. Work Environment and Culture: This role is predominantly remote, with occasional visits to clients and in-person meetings as required. You must be willing to commute to London on a regular basis. You will work closely with the founder and director, taking on more responsibility as the business scales. Compensation: Competitive salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum with the potential for equity. Equity opportunity : Eligible for equity in the company after 12 months, with a four-year vesting schedule.
