We are looking for fun and outgoing people to work as Group Leaders (Activity Instructors) at our centre near Alston, starting January 2025. Group Leading at Robinwood is more than being an outdoor activity instructor. Our Group Leaders use themed and adventurous activities to develop children over a three-day course. In short, you’ll be giving children memories that could last a lifetime and developing skills to help them at the KS2 level and beyond. As you invest in the children, we invest in you. Starting salary is £12.90 per hour (£24,149 per annum on a 36 hour per week contract), increasing with time served and responsibility. Plus £1200 relocation allowance, if moving to the area.
