Product Manager

CM Medical partnered with a company in the medical imaging space, seeking a Product Manager to help integrate its product suite with channel partners and launch AI-driven medical imaging solutions. In this role, you will ensure that these solutions fit seamlessly into the workflows of our partners' customers and deliver measurable value. You will lead efforts to develop strong partnerships, oversee the setup and management of product roadmaps, and foster ongoing collaboration through clear and consistent communication. Your work will drive joint revenue growth by identifying and implementing new capabilities and services that benefit both the partners and their customers. Key Responsibilities: Discovery: Develop a deep understanding of channel partners, their customers, and the use of AI in medical imaging workflows. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, regularly consulting with them to uncover opportunities for added value. Analyze partner requests to identify broader opportunities that can benefit the wider ecosystem. Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities. Use research and validation methods to discover new ways to address partner needs and enhance the value we offer. Delivery: Create and manage the product roadmap for channel partners, ensuring alignment with both company and partner goals. Make informed prioritization decisions by balancing multiple inputs and data points. Communicate product requirements clearly and create relevant documentation throughout the product development cycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver product initiatives quickly and incrementally. Oversee the entire delivery process of product initiatives, managing progress, risks, and any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with healthcare system standards, including interoperability and security requirements (EHRs, PACS, RIS, etc.). General: Create and maintain both internal and external product documentation. Provide support to other teams, such as Sales and Operations, when necessary. Follow and uphold information security standards as outlined by company policies. Requirements: Proven experience in product management, particularly within healthcare, technology, or AI-driven solutions. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners. A solid understanding of healthcare system requirements and technical standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
